The Timberwolves currently aren't in a playoff spot in the Western Conference, but don't blame Karl-Anthony Towns. The fourth-year starter who hasn't yet missed a game in his career has been one of the hottest few players in the league over the past couple of weeks.

During that time, he's scored at least 52.0 DraftKings points seven games in a row, a streak which includes four games of at least 67.5 points. Towns has struggled somewhat in his past three contests against the Thunder, but he's also topped 62.0 DraftKings points twice against them in the past two years.

Towns has also generally been a better fantasy option at home this season, but that distinction hasn't mattered during his recent streak. He's been let loose on opposing teams, and it seems that all hardwood looks the same to him right now.

With the solid play, of course, has come price increases. His salary is $1,200 more tonight than it was just a few games ago on December 31, so he'll need to do continue his recent success to make him a worthy option. We project him for 46.5 DraftKings points tonight with upside for 77.0.
