It's extremely puzzling on some nights to look at daily fantasy salaries. There are some obvious reasons why a player's price might rise or fall, but sometimes you see moves that make no sense. Such is the case with New Orleans Pelicans center Anthony Davis tonight.

Davis enters tonight's game against the Dallas Mavericks having topped 60 DraftKings points in each of his past three and six of his past seven games. He scored 62.5 against the Mavs when they met two days ago. Despite this, his price inexplicably dropped $200 for tonight's slate.

He's not injured. The Mavs didn't suddenly get better at defending him in yesterday's practice. The game doesn't have a ridiculously low projected total; in fact, the total of 230 points is tied for the highest on the slate. Simply put, there is zero reason why a price drop is warranted, and you should take advantage when it happens to a player of Davis' ability.

Our models have the Brow projected for 59.6 DraftKings points this evening, which would equate to a value of over 5.1 DraftKings points per $1,000.
