NBA Market Share Report: De'Anthony Melton and Others Offer Holiday Bargain Deals
Rookie De'Anthony Melton has made good use of his recently earned minutes. Can we count on him to keep it up?

Melton's Arrival

Although his value hinges on the health of Devin Booker (get well soon), De'Anthony Melton remains a value for as long as Book misses time. And even following the star’s return, Melton could be a strong get with his production in recent games potentially leading to more minutes.

Since seeing a significant increase in playing time a little over a week ago, Melton has churned out more than 146 FanDuel points in five games for an average salary of just $4,700. Surely that price tag will continue to tick up in correlation with solid play, but this is a fine wave to ride for the time being.

Melton’s 14 points, four boards, and five assists per game over his last five have the look of getting stronger. The current situation in Phoenix (ahem, owner sucks) pales in comparison to that of a dumpster fire, but consider Melton a bright spot. So long as Booker misses time, play Melton at a fair salary.

Melton and the Suns’ next few games come against Minnesota, New York, and Boston.
