New threads haven't done much to affect LeBron James' fantasy production.

After averaging 51.3 and 54.1 FanDuel points per game over his last two seasons, he has opened his first year with the Los Angeles Lakers averaging 52.1 per game. He has posted some particularly strong numbers recently, topping 70 FanDuel points in each of his last two games -- making him one of only two player with multiple games above 70 this year.

His 34.7 minutes per game are on pace to be a career-low clip, but saving some energy seems to be doing wonders for his efficiency, as his 1.50 FanDuel points per minute are on pace to be a career high.

A return home to face the Cleveland Cavaliers isn't just a good matchup from a narrative standpoint. The Cavs have made for one of the league's best fantasy matchups this season.

Cleveland ranks dead-last in defensive rating, allowing the 12th-most points per game despite their bottom-five pace. They also allow top-12 marks in assists, steals and blocks per game, leaving plenty of opportunities for a well-rounded producer like James to fill up the box score.
