Los Angeles Clippers point guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has forced head coach Doc Rivers' hand. After making solid contributions out of the gate in his rookie season, he got a start last Monday and hasn't relinquished that spot yet. In fact, it looks like his play is getting stronger.

He's scored 16 and 19 points in his past two games, respectively, and his ability to rack up peripheral stats has made him a very valuable asset, especially at such a low price. He's scored an average of 0.86 DraftKings points per minute in his three starts this season. While that output isn't anywhere close to elite levels, it's more than enough for a guy who's likely to be playing at least 30-35 minutes per night (he played 40 in his last game) and costs just $4,200.

Tonight's game against the Golden State Warriors is shaping up to be one of the highest scoring games of the night, and with Steph Curry out and Draymond Green questionable, the Clippers should be able to make it competitive, giving Shai plenty of opportunities to provide fantasy value.
