DraftKings Price: $6,100

Yes, I know what you are thinking. A $6,100 salary doesn't scream "value", at least not in the traditional way we might think of it in daily leagues. Another way to look at value besides looking for those sub-5K players, however, is to look for players whose salary is clearly under-priced relative to expected output.

One such player who falls under that umbrella is Portland Trail Blazers shooting guard C.J. McCollum. Take a guess as to the last time C.J. had a DraftKings price this low. Last year? Nope. The 2016-17 season? Guess again.

McCollum hasn't had a salary of $6,100 or below since the first game of the 2015-16 season, when he was priced at $4,800, scored 51 DraftKings points, and instantly shot up $1,600. Sure, his start this year is a little below his standards, but he's still put up over 28 DraftKings points per game, even while shooting 35.1% from the floor (45.3% for his career).

He faces the Orlando Magic tonight, a team against whom he has scored at least 30 DraftKings points in five out of six games, a stretch which includes three games of 49-plus.

You know his upside. I know his upside. Our models know his upside, too, projecting him for 34.7 DraftKings points. The resulting value of 5.7 points per $1,000 is our highest projected value on the slate.
