The Chicago Bulls have ruled out Kris Dunn (knee), which means Cameron Payne will be back in the starting lineup -- a role he found himself in for the Bulls' first two games this season.

His opening game was a disappointment he played 21.6 minutes, didn't score a single point, and notched only 10.3 DraftKings points. His second start was much better though, turning in 26.3 DraftKings points in 28.4 minutes of action.

Where did that big difference in playing time come from? That first game was a blowout, and the second game was close, meaning the Bulls couldn't pull their starters early. They are only 4.5-point underdogs against Charlotte tonight, so we can expect this to be another close game, meaning Payne's minutes should be pushing up near 30 again.

He's not the most efficient fantasy producer in the world, but he has averaged a reasonable 0.86 DraftKings points per minute over his young career, and playing starters' minutes at this price point makes him an elite value option.
