3 NBA DraftKings Studs to Target on 1/26/18
Dwight Howard has turned back the clock lately with his production and gets a matchup against his former team tonight. Which other high-priced NBA players are worth targeting for Friday's DFS contests?

James Harden, PG/SG, Houston Rockets

DraftKings Salary: $11,400

This matchup between the Houston Rockets and New Orleans Pelicans features two top-four scoring teams, both of which also fall inside the top-10 in pace of play, so it should be no surprise that the over/under for this one (228.5 points) easily leads the slate. There were 253 points scored between the two teams the last time they faced off, clearly making this one of the best spots to attack.

James Harden has played in 11 games this season that both had a 220-plus over/under and finished within 30 points. He has averaged 65.6 DraftKings points in those games, which includes 66.75 his last time against New Orleans. That game somehow actually brought his average down against the Pels over the past two seasons. Harden has faced them five times over the past two years -- four of which have been decided by under 30 points. In those four games, he has a ridiculous average of 74.6 DraftKings points.

The Pelicans obviously do not have an answer for Harden. If this game remains as competitive and high-scoring as it is expected to, Harden has a very good chance to end up being the highest scorer on the slate.
