Anthony Davis, PF and DeMarcus Cousins, C, New Orleans Pelicans

Anthony Davis Price: $11,700
DeMarcus Cousins Price: $11,900

In today's terrific matchup against the Atlanta Hawks, both Pelicans studs are worth a look. Atlanta ranks bottom-five in both defensive rating and rebound rate, allowing the NBA's 11th-most fantasy points per game to power forwards and 3rd-most to centers.

In a vacuum, Davis is the stronger play, and he's where you'll want to look in cash games, even after playing an overtime game last night.

Brow has been a minutes monster lately, playing at least 40 in five of his last eight games. He's also had no trouble turning his playing time into production, topping 60 FanDuel points in four of his last nine. Davis has been especially hot in his last two games, posting 85.4 and 75.2 FanDuel points.

Boogie will likely have a significantly lower ownership percentage, while his upside is similar, making him an interesting option in tournaments.

Cousins is the only player with more than two games of at least 75 FanDuel points on the season, and like Davis, he has been playing massive minutes lately, topping 40 in six of his last nine contests, averaging 54.9 FanDuel points in 39.8 minutes per game in that stretch. He does draw a tougher matchup despite the way the Hawks' opposing fantasy scoring has shaken out, as he'll likely being guarded by Dewayne Dedmon -- the Hawks' top frontcourt defender.

His floor isn't as high as Davis' in this one, part of why he's not the one to target in cash, but he offers a ton of appeal in GPPs, where we're looking for ceiling and lower ownership instead of a high floor.
