3 NBA FanDuel Studs to Target on 1/8/18
Chris Paul has been a big-time producer sans James Harden, and he draw a spicy matchup tonight versus the Bulls. Which other high-priced players should be on your radar on Monday?

DeMarcus Cousins, C, New Orleans Pelicans

Price: $10,900

After playing huge minutes to start the season, DeMarcus Cousins saw a bit of a dip in playing time in December, which hurt his fantasy value and led to a decreased salary compared to where he was being priced earlier in the year. That big playing time seems to be coming back, though, as Cousins has seen at least 38 minutes in three of his last four games.

He's sporting some gaudy rate stats this year -- owning a 33.2% usage rate, 19.9% rebound rate and 23.8% assist rate while posting a career-high 59.3% true shooting percentage. Fantasy-wise, he's fifth in the NBA with 52.7 FanDuel points per game, and he has also shown off some ridiculous upside this year as the only player to top 70 FanDuel points in at least four games.

The Detroit Pistons are a solid defensive team, but they rank in the bottom 10 in rebound rate and allow above-average fantasy production to opposing centers. This matchup becomes even better for Boogie if Andre Drummond (ribs, questionable) can't go as Drummond ranks fourth among centers in ESPN's defensive real plus-minus metric.
