At first glance, Tyreke Evans may seem a bit overpriced, but his salary requires just 41 DraftKings points for him to hit 5 points per every $1,000 in salary. You also get him at a bit of a discount to FanDuel, where Evans comes in ($9,000) as the third-most expensive player on the slate.

Evans has topped 41.5 DraftKings points in each of his past five games, a span during which he has averaged 49.5 DraftKings points per night. He has the ceiling to easily pay off this salary, and he displayed his upside with a 64.75-fantasy-point performance against this very Los Angeles Clippers team last week.

The Clippers rank in the bottom 10 in DraftKings points allowed per game to opposing shooting guards, and if Austin Rivers (questionable) misses this game, the Clips may really struggle to defend Evans.

Evans has his usage rate up over 30% in his last six games, and he should have every opportunity to keep his hot streak going in this one. He is worth paying up for in any format.
