3 NBA FanDuel Studs to Target on 12/20/17
With the Lakers missing their top wing defender, James Harden offers massive upside tonight. What other high-priced players should be on your DFS radar on Wednesday?

James Harden, SG, Houston Rockets

Price: $11,100

James Harden is coming off a couple quiet games, which has driven his price tag down by $1,000 over the past week, but you don't need to look back very far to see that his fantasy production is as strong as ever.

He has at least 60 FanDuel points in five of his last 14 games, and he has topped 65 three times in his last 10 -- which is more often than all but four other players have done that all season. He's playing fewer minutes than he did last season, but he's averaging a league-leading, career-high 31.3 points per game and sporting a 35.7% usage rate and 45.1% assist rate.

This drop in salary also lines up with a tremendous matchup today as he takes on the Los Angeles Lakers.

The Lakers are playing at the league's fastest pace, and allow the fifth-most points per game in the NBA. Making the matchup even better, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope will miss tonight's game. KCP is one of the league's better wing defenders, ranking 18th among 100 shooting guards in ESPN's defensive real plus-minus metric, and anyone the Lakers task with guarding Harden in his absence will be a step down.
