Dennis Smith Jr., PG/SG, Dallas Mavericks

DraftKings Salary: $6,000

Dennis Smith is a bit pricey for a traditional "value" selection, but the dude is so underpriced that we have to mention him. The rookie point guard has been handed the reigns to the Dallas Mavericks offense and has not looked back. He's averaged 39.8 DraftKings points over his past four games and is coming off of a career-high 23 shot attempts. Very few players boast a usage rate as high as Smith's during the month of November, as the rookie leads the Mavs with a 33.2% usage rate in seven November games.

Despite his clear upgrade in role over the past few weeks, his price still sits at a modest $6,000, which requires just 30 DraftKings points for him to reach value. That number seems very realistic in a matchup against a Minnesota Timberwolves team that has been one of the league's worst defensive units so far.

Minnesota ranks 26th in defensive efficiency on the season and have appeared quite susceptible to opposing point guards. Smith has tournament-changing upside given his usage and the matchup, and his cheap price tag makes him a viable mid-range cash game play as well.
