3 NBA DraftKings Value Plays to Target on 11/7/17

The Philadelphia 76ers will be without Joel Embiid, Markelle Fultz, and Jerryd Bayless tonight, which will leave them desperate for playmakers. With Fultz and Bayless sidelined, T.J. McConnell is their only true point guard on the roster, and he will likely split time at the one with Ben Simmons. He was already averaging 29.7 DraftKings points in 27.4 minutes over his past five games, but with Bayless' 31 minutes per game now out of the picture, McConnell should be looking at all the minutes he can handle.

The opportunity doesn't come at the best time, as Philly is taking on a Utah Jazz defense that is perhaps the most intimidating in the league. However, Utah hasn't been very good against opposing point guards lately, allowing the past three starting point guards they've faced to average 62 DraftKings points. To be fair, those point guards were James Harden, Kyle Lowry, and Damian Lillard, but that is still significantly higher than their combined average of 44 DraftKings points this season.

McConnell needs just 24 DraftKings points to reach five-times his salary implied value, which he's done in four of his past five games. He is a near-lock to reach that number in his expanded role.
