Still only 22 years old, Giannis Antetokounmpo has made some serious strides as an NBA player.

His fantasy efficiency has improved with each season, and after a 61.1-FanDuel-point performance Wednesday, that probably won't be the last time he reaches those heights.

He played 37 minutes against the Boston Celtics Wednesday, going off for 37 points, 13 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals, while his 40.6% usage rate is the highest among players that have been on the floor for at least 15 minutes. Head coach Jason Kidd kept the Milwaukee Bucks on a tight rotation in that game, giving only five players more than 20 minutes of playing time, but there's no indication that he's going to be holding Giannis back at all.

A matchup with the Cleveland Cavaliers isn't an easy one, as he'll be dealing with strong frontcourt defenders in LeBron James and Jae Crowder. But with Giannis' big workload and his ability to fill it up in every area of the box score, he has an elite ceiling and is a strong tournament play.
