3 Under-the-Radar Daily Fantasy Basketball Plays for 4/11/17
Enes Kanter has seen limited minutes recently, but he could see a bump in playing time tonight against a physical Timberwolves frontcourt.

Tyler Ulis, PG, Phoenix Suns

FanDuel Price: $6,400

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

Editor's note: Since this story was published, it was announced that Devin Booker (rest) will not play tonight.

This late in the year, it's pretty tough to evaluate who will be highly owned until we have more injury news, so be sure to stay updated throughout the day on who is sitting and who is playing. With the information we have now, it doesn't seem likely that Tyler Ulis is a chalky option at the point guard position. More expensive options such as Russell Westbrook and Jrue Holiday both could be popular plays, while there are several potentially appealing fill-in options who are cheaper than Ulis.

Teammate Devin Booker also figures to be a chalky option tonight, and most people prefer not to roster two guards from the same team.

Why You Should Use Him:

While Ulis doesn't have the shiny new appeal of some of the fill-ins at the position, we have already seen what he can do and know that his role is secure. He has been below 35 minutes in just two of his past 14 games, seeing at least 30 minutes in each. He's averaged 34.8 FanDuel points over his past eight games and has shown big-time upside with totals of 38.2, 39.1, 41.1, and 56.3 FanDuel points in his time as a starter.

There's a chance he may be able to access that upside tonight against the Sacramento Kings, who have allowed the ninth-most FanDuel points to opposing point guards this season. In his last meeting with Sacramento, Ulis played 39 minutes and scored 38.7 FanDuel points.

There are enough options at the position that Ulis isn't a must for cash games, especially since he has shown the tendency to drop a dud from time to time. However, he has proven to have unique upside for a player at his price range, which is something we can't say about most of the value plays on tonight's slate. Based on the matchup and Ulis' upside, he is worth a look in tournaments.
