Julius Randle, PF, Los Angeles Lakers

FanDuel Price: $6,400

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

Anthony Davis, Nikola Jokic, and Kevin Love will all suit up and find their way into more lineups than Julius Randle, whose mid-range salary will leave him overlooked. Either the big names will be played, or value options like David Lee will likely see higher ownership rates.

Randle's Los Angeles Lakers' teammate, Larry Nance Jr., will also be a hot option with the way he has been playing recently.

Why You Should Use Him:

Over the last two-and-half weeks, Randle has had some of the toughest matchups out there. He has faced off with the San Antonio Spurs, Memphis Grizzlies, and the Minnesota Timberwolves (twice). Those are three of the top four teams in terms of limiting opposing power forwards fantasy points.

Despite the challenges, the Lakers' power forward has averaged 32.6 FanDuel points with 16.0 real-world points, 11.0 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks in those four games. His opponent on Friday is just a bit easier.

The Sacramento Kings allow the fourth-most points to opposing power forwards, and most of that comes off the glass. Since trading away DeMarcus Cousins, the Kings rank in the bottom three in offensive rebound percentage (18.6%) and total rebound percentage (47.8%). The inability to rebound has led to opponents scoring the fifth-most second-chance points. The overall defense has been atrocious, too -- the Kings own the sixth-worst defensive rating (109.7) since the break.

The last time Randle faced the Kings, he scored just 21.4 fantasy points but did so in 20.8 minutes. If he keeps up that same pace at the 31 minutes per game he has averaged the last 20 games, the power forward will be knocking on the door of 5x value on Friday.
