Danilo Gallinari, SF, Denver Nuggets

FanDuel Price: $6,600

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

Small forward is surprisingly deep for an eight-game slate, which should keep Danilo Gallinari's ownership to a dull roar, even in a great matchup against the Houston Rockets.

LeBron James is playing at an insane level right now and should be popular in a game with huge playoff implications against the Boston Celtics. Kawhi Leonard also finds himself in a great spot against the Los Angeles Lakers.

There are also plenty of appealing mid-range options to deflect ownership from Gallinari, including T.J. Warren, Wilson Chandler, and Trevor Ariza. Players such as Matt Barnes or Jaylen Brown could end up being popular value plays as well if they find themselves inserted into larger roles tonight.

Why You Should Use Him:

While Gallinari's production tends to be all over the map, he has been hot lately. He's topped 28 points in consecutive games, during which he has shot 58.8% from the floor and 47.1% from three while averaging 38.8 FanDuel points. He'll look to carry that hot streak into tonight's matchup with the Rockets.

Not only does Houston like to shoot the three, they have also given up the eighth-most made three pointers per game this season. They've also allowed the fourth-most transition points this season, an area in which Gallinari has thrived. Among qualified players, none had a higher points per possession in transition than Gallinari last season. His numbers have fallen a bit in that area this season, but he remains one of Denver's most efficient transition scorers.

Houston has also really struggled to defend opposing forwards, allowing the seventh-most FanDuel points to small forwards and fourth-most to power forwards. Gallinari should exploit their weaknesses and remain hot in this up-tempo game. He is an exciting play in any format, but probably best suited for tournaments.
