Daily Fantasy Basketball Game Scripts to Target on 2/13/17
The Nuggets-Warriors game easily has the highest over/under on the slate. A look at Nikola Jokic's splits suggest he should thrive in this high-scoring affair.

Jrue Holiday, PG, New Orleans Pelicans

FanDuel Price: $8,300

Jrue Holiday has been dominant recently, with a 43.2-FanDuel-point average over his past nine games and three performances of 45-plus FanDuel points in his last four. He'll have every opportunity to access that immense upside again tonight as he takes on a Phoenix Suns team that allowed him to go for 55.3 FanDuel points just a week ago.

The matchup between the New Orleans Pelicans and Suns has the second-highest over/under on the slate (220 points), and New Orleans is projected to outscore their season average by over five points tonight.

Before we look at Holiday's numbers in similar game scripts, it's important to keep in mind that he has seen limited minutes in several games during this period due to injuries, which can skew the data. For a more accurate representation of how game script has impacted his output, all numbers used will be representative of games in which he has played at least 30 minutes (he's averaging 36.4 minutes per game in his past five), while also matching the criteria of the split.

When Holiday has played in with an implied team total of at least 105 points over the past two seasons, he has averaged 39 FanDuel points. That number has increased to 39.3 with an over/under above 215 points. In 10 games with and over/under that high this season, Holiday has averaged 40.7 FanDuel points, up from 28.7 in all other games.

Against a Phoenix team that struggles to defend point guards (10th-most FanDuel points allowed to the position), Holiday should thrive if game script holds up. He's a terrific play in all formats.
