Marc Gasol, C, Memphis Grizzlies

FanDuel Price: $9,000

It took a matchup against the Utah Jazz to slow Marc Gasol down, but to their credit, Utah held Gasol to his first game with fewer than 40 FanDuel points in nearly two weeks. Even in the tough matchup, Gasol was able to maintain his elite efficiency, shooting 58 percent from the field and draining 4 of 5 three-point attempts. Over his past five games, Gasol is now averaging 30.4 points on 55.7 percent shooting from the field and 51.6 percent shooting from downtown, good for a FanDuel average of 46 points.

He'll look to remain scorching hot in tonight's matchup against the Phoenix Suns. The Memphis Grizzlies are projected for 106 points in this one, which is 6.3 above their season scoring average, and the game has a 208.5 point over/under. A look at Gasol's splits, thanks to the RotoViz Game Splits App, shows that his numbers have seen a boost in similar situations.

Gasol has played in only three games with an implied team total of 106 this season, so instead, let's examine games with at least a triple-digit implied team total. In such games, the big fella has averaged 38.2 FanDuel points, up from 32.1 in all other games.

Similarly, he's only played in two games with an over/under this high, so we'll use games with a 200-point over/under as our benchmark. In such games over the past two seasons, Gasol has averaged 36.9 FanDuel points, up from 33.5 in all other games.

The individual matchup against Tyson Chandler isn't ideal, but the positive game script should be enough to make up for it. Given the way he has played on the offensive end recently, expect Gasol to be very involved in Memphis reaching their implied team total tonight.
