Francisco Cervelli scratched for flu, Pirates add Jacob Stallings to Monday's lineup
Pittsburgh Pirates catcher Francisco Cervelli has been scratched from Monday's lineup against the Kansas City Royals due to flu-like symptoms.
Jacob Stallings will take over at catcher and bat eighth versus Royals right-hander Brad Keller. Corey Dickerson, Jordan Luplow, Kevin Kramer, and Kevin Newman will each move up a spot, filling out the 3-7 portion of the Pirates' lineup.
Cervelli is averaging 9.3 FanDuel points per game this season, while slashing .258/.381/.426 with 11 home runs and 53 RBI across 379 plate appearances.
