Arizona Diamondbacks center fielder A.J. Pollock is batting second versus right-hander Justin Verlander and the Houston Astros on Sunday afternoon.

Pollock went 0-for-3 as the Diamondbacks' leadoff man in Saturday's loss, but reached on a hit-by-pitch and scored a run. Eduardo Escobar will bat fifth and Daniel Descalso will hit sixth.
