Tigers' Dawel Lugo to make MLB debut Thursday
Detroit Tigers infielder Dawel Lugo is starting at second base and batting ninth versus left-hander J.A. Happ and the New York Yankees in Thursday's series opener.
Jose Iglesias is on the 10-day disabled list with a lower abdominal strain, so Dawel Lugo was recalled from Triple-A Toledo to help fill the void. It will be the first taste of big-league action for the 23-year-old, as he was in the majors for two days earlier this season but never had his number called.
numberFire's models project Lugo to score 5.6 FanDuel points at a cost of $2,000 on Thursday.
