Mariners' James Paxton (arm) officially cleared for Saturday's start
Seattle Mariners pitcher James Paxton (forearm) will start on Saturday against the Oakland Athletics.
What It Means:
Paxton has been out since August 14 after taking a comebacker to the forearm. Felix Hernandez will toe the rubber for Seattle on Sunday.
Paxton owns a 3.68 ERA, 1.11 WHIP, and 176 strikeouts across 139 1/3 innings (24 starts) this season. He's averaging 37.3 FanDuel points per outing.
