Aaron Sanchez (finger) activated off the Jays' DL, starting on Saturday
Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Aaron Sanchez (finger) has been activated off the DL and will start versus the Philadelphia Phillies on Saturday.
Sanchez has been out of action since June 22 with a right middle finger injury. He struggled through his rehab assignments, posting 6.55 ERA in 3 starts and is expected ot be on a pitch count on Saturday. Jaime Garcia was designated for assignment in a corresponding move.
