St. Louis Cardinals third baseman Patrick Wisdom has been demoted to Triple-A on Tuesday.
Wisdom started at third on Monday but heads to the minors with Matt Adams rejoining the club. Jedd Gyorko gets the start on Tuesday.
Wisdom was 4-for-12 with 1 homer, 3 RBI, and 4 runs scored in 14 plate appearances during his brief MLB stay.
