Kansas City Royals outfielder Jorge Bonifacio (back) has been scratched from Tuesday's lineup against the Tampa Bay Rays.
Bonifacio is dealing a stiffness in his back and will not start on Tuesday. Rosell Herrera will take over in right field with Hunter Dozier moving up to the cleanup spot and Ryan O'Hearn joining the lineup at first base on Tuesday.
Bonifacio is batting .220 with a .290wOBA and 17 runs scored in 159 plate appearances this season.
