Dodgers' Yasiel Puig suspended 2 games for Tuesday's fight

Los Angeles Dodgers right fielder Yasiel Puig has been suspended 2 games by Major League Baseball for "fighting and inciting a bench-clearing incident" against the San Francisco Giants on Tuesday night.

What It Means:

Puig exchanged words with Nick Hundley following a foul tip in the bottom of the seventh inning on Tuesday before shoving the pitcher twice and then swiping at his mask, leading to both benches clearing. Puig is appealing the ban and will be eligible to play for the Dodgers' next game on Friday against the Seattle Mariners. Hundley avoided suspension but did receive a fine.

Puig is averaging 9.6 FanDuel points in 92 games this season, while slashing .268/.327/.477 with 15 home runs, 44 RBI, 9 steals, and 47 runs scored across 334 plate appearances.
