Pittsburgh Pirates outfielder Starling Marte has been scratched from Wednesday's lineup against the Minnesota Twins.
The Pirates haven't provided a reason for Marte's absence. Adam Frazier will now start in center field and Corey Dickerson will man left while Elias Diaz plays designated hitter and bats sixth versus Twins right-hander Jose Berrios.
Marte is averaging 11.6 FanDuel points per game this season, while slashing .276/.320/.469 with 17 home runs, 57 RBI, 28 steals, and 63 runs scored across 441 plate appearances.
