Mikie Mahtook recalled, starting for Tigers on Monday
Detroit Tigers left fielder Mikie Mahtook has been recalled from Triple-A Toldeo and is starting on Monday against the Chicago White Sox.
What It Means:
Mahtook replaced JaCoby Jones (hamstring) on the active roster. He will man left field and bat seventh versus White Sox right-hander Reynaldo Lopez on Monday while Mike Gerber moves to the bench.
