St. Louis Cardinals infielder Jedd Gyorko is in the lineup on Friday against the Kansas City Royals.
Gyorko is starting at third base and batting sixth against Royals right-hander Burch Smith. Yairo Munoz will remain in the lineup as the right fielder, while Jose Martinez will serve as the DH.
