Dexter Fowler (foot) placed on Cardinals' disabled list
St. Louis Cardinals outfielder Dexter Fowler fractured his foot in Friday's game and was subsequently placed on the disabled list.
Fowler is in the midst of a disaster season, and it seems that it's only getting worse. The team is unsure of weather his season is over just yet, so more tests will have to be taken.
In 334 plate appearances so far this season, Fowler has a .180 batting average with eight home runs and 31 RBI.
