Mookie Betts returns to Red Sox's lineup for series opener versus Yankees
Boston Red Sox right fielder Mookie Betts is back in the starting lineup in Thursday's series opener against the New York Yankees.
Betts will take back over in right field and lead off the order versus Yankees left-hander CC Sabathia. J.D. Martinez will play designated hitter and Brock Holt will cover shortstop while Xander Bogaerts sits out with a right hand contusion.
