New York Mets pitcher Noah Syndergaard is active from the 10-day disabled list and starting on Wednesday afternoon versus the Washington Nationals.
Syndergaard essentially missed just one turn in the starting rotation while dealing with hand, foot, and mouth disease. He's recorded a 2.89 ERA and 1.25 WHIP with 83 strikeouts and 15 walks across 74 2/3 innings this season while going 6-1 (13 starts).
