Rockies' DJ LeMahieu (oblique) could return Thursday
Colorado Rockies second baseman DJ LeMahieu (oblique) could be activated from the disabled list as soon as Thursday.
What It Means:
LeMahieu has been out just 10 days but appears to have progressed nicely in his recovery from an oblique strain. Garrett Hampson was called up from Triple-A when LeMahieu went down, and would likely be demoted upon LeMahieu's return from the DL.
Lemahieu has slashed .278/.324/.430 with 8 homers and 5 steals over 331 plate appearances this season.
