Arizona Diamondbacks third baseman Jake Lamb is out of the lineup on Wednesday against the Chicago Cubs.
Lamb will sit out against left-hander Jon Lester, so Chris Owings is drawing the start at third base.
Lamb is slashing .223/.308/.350 with 34 runs, 6 home runs, and 31 RBIs over 237 plate appearances.
