Chicago Cubs outfielder Ian Happ is starting on Thursday against the St. Louis Cardinals.
Happ will man center field and bat fifth versus Cardinals right-hander Carlos Martinez. As a result, Jason Heyward will shift back to right field and Kris Bryant will return to third base. David Bote has been optioned to Triple-A Iowa.
