MLB.com's Gregor Chisholm reports Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Kevin Pillar left Saturday's game against the Boston Red Sox with an apparent injury.
Pillar made a spectacular catch in center field, but he was seen grimacing and holding his neck upon entering the dugout. It's being called a clavicle injury, and he is currently undergoing tests to determine if there is a fracture. Dwight Smith entered the game for him in the fourth inning.
Pillar ended his day 0-for-1 with 0 FanDuel points. He's hitting .247 on the year.
