Texas Rangers outfielder Delino DeShields will bat ninth against the Boston Red Sox on Wednesday.
DeShields was hitting out of the nine-hole against a righty on Tuesday, but with Shin-Soo Choo out tonight he jumps all the way up to the leadoff spot against Red Sox southpaw Chris Sale.
