Braves' Freddie Freeman leads National League in All-Star voting
Atlanta Braves first baseman Freddie Freeman led all National League players in votes for the 2018 All-Star Game.
This is Freeman's first All-Star appearance since 2014 and third of his career overall. He will start at first base for the NL squad, while the rest of the lineup will be filled out by Bryce Harper, Matt Kemp, Nick Markakis, Brandon Crawford, Nolan Arenado, Javier Baez, and Willson Contreras.
Freeman is averaging 12.8 FanDuel points in 89 games this season while posting a .315/.406/.542 slash with 16 home runs, 6 steals, 59 RBI, and 56 runs scored across 399 plate appearances.
