Dodgers' Walker Buehler (ribs) making a rehab start on Thursday

Los Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Walker Buehler (ribs) will make a rehab start on Thursday for Triple-A Oklahoma City.

What It Means:

Buehler will be on a pitch count in his rehab start, and the plan is to let him go three innings for the Triple-A club. If all goes well, the Dodgers could activate him next week in his return to the big league club's rotation.

Once he is activated from the disabled list, our models project Buehler for a 3.59 ERA and 1.39 WHIP, to go with 49 strikeouts over 50.2 innings remaining this season.
