Los Angeles Angels pitcher Tyler Skaggs has been scratched from his start Thursday against the Toronto Blue Jays.
The Angels will start left-hander John Lamb in Skaggs' place.
Skaggs owns a 6-4 record and is averaging 34.8 FanDuel points in 14 starts this season while posting a 2.81 ERA and 1.23 WHIP with 86 strikeouts and 24 walks across 80 innings.
