Yairo Munoz receiving a day off Wednesday for St. Louis
St. Louis Cardinals shortstop Yairo Munoz is not in the lineup Wednesday against the Philadelphia Phillies.
The Cards are up against Jake Arrieta, which as a team, is a matchup they have struggled with from Arrieta's time with the Chicago Cubs. They will give Munoz an off day after starting last night, as Greg Garcia is at shortstop and hitting seventh for the Redbirds.
Our models project Munoz for a .239 batting average with 3 home runs, 15 runs scored, 13 RBI, and 2 steals over 151 plate appearances remaining this season.
