Seattle Mariners third baseman Kyle Seager was scratched from the starting lineup against the Los Angeles Angels on Wednesday afternoon.
Seager is dealing with a "personal issue" and not an injury. Andrew Romine will fill in at third base and bat ninth versus Angels right-hander Garrett Richards.
Seager is averaging 9.4 FanDuel points in 67 games this season while slashing .226/.276/.421 with 12 home runs and 41 RBI across 286 plate appearances.
