New York Mets outfielder Yoenis Cespedes (hip, quad) has no timeline to return, general manager Sandy Alderson said Tuesday.
Cespedes was nearing a return before experiencing some renewed tightness in his left quad that forced an early exit from a minor league rehab outing on Saturday. The 32-year-old hasn't played since May 13.
Cespedes averaged 11.0 FanDuel points in 37 games prior to injury while slashing .255/.316/.474 with 8 home runs and 28 RBIs across 152 plate appearances.
