Cardinals' Dexter Fowler (knee) has X-rays come back negative, considered day-to-day
MLB.com's Joe Trezza reports St. Louis Cardinals outfielder Dexter Fowler had X-rays on his injured right knee come back negative.
Fowler was hit in the knee by a fastball, and he immediately left Saturday's game. He needed some assistance to do so, but it appears that the scene was scarier than the result. He's considered day-to-day and will likely miss a few games. Tyler O'Neill and Harrison Bader could see more time in his stead.
In 42 games, Fowler sports a .258 wOBA with 5 home runs, 18 RBI and 3 stolen bases.
