Miami Marlins infielder Martin Prado (hamstring) has been placed on the 10-day DL.
Prado hurt his hamstring Friday and is expected to be out awhile. The injury is severe enough, the 34-year-old veteran is reportedly considering retirement. Miguel Rojas is starting at third with JT Riddle at shortstop on Saturday.
Prado has batted just .194 with 3 RBI and 8 runs scored in 99 plate appearances this season.
