Colorado Rockies infielder Pat Valaika has been sent down to Triple-A on Saturday.
Valaika was promoted a few weeks ago to help fill in at second with DJ LeMahieu on the DL. The Rockies brought up top prospect Ryan McMahon on Saturday to replace Valaika.
Valaika hit .120 with 2 runs scored in 82 plate appearances during his time in the big leagues this season.
