Kansas City Royals first baseman Hunter Dozier is in the lineup on Thursday against the Texas Rangers.
Dozier is starting at first base and batting seventh against Rangers right-hander Austin Bibens-Dirkx. Salvador Perez will move back behind the plate, so Drew Butera heads to the bench.
