Texas Rangers infielder/outfielder Joey Gallo is not in Wednesday's lineup against the New York Yankees.
Gallo went 0-for-4 with 3 strikeouts in Tuesday's victory and he will take a breather versus Yankees southpaw CC Sabathia while Ryan Rua covers left field and Delino DeShields returns to center for tonight's series finale.
Gallo is averaging 10.5 FanDuel points per game this season. numberFire's models project him to hit .215 with 24 homers and 52 RBI over the rest of the year.
